How To Add Cellular Data Shortcut Key On iOS 8 Without Jailbreak?

Although Apple has released iOS8 for a long time, it may be conservative at the most critical design to some extent. For instance, when you turn on cellular on iDevice, you need to launch Settings app and click the item Cellular. It is very inconvenient to handle.
