How to Download YouTube Videos on iPhone and Save to Camera Roll

There are third-party apps that allow you to download YouTube videos onto your iPhone, but this requires you to manage a separate app. Luckily, there is a more simpler method that will allow you to download videos right from the YouTube app and save it to your iPhone's Camera Roll.

YouTube++ is a modified version of YouTube that provides new features, including the ability to download and save videos. The good thing about this is that it doesn't require a jailbreak and integrates with the YouTube app.

In this tutorial, we will show you how to download and save YouTube videos on iPhone or iPad.

How to Install YouTube++ on iPhone or iPad

Step 1: If you have the YouTube app installed on your iPhone, then remove it first.

Step 2: Download the following files onto your computer:

Step 3: Connect your iPhone to your computer via a USB cable and open Cydia Impactor.

Step 4: Drag and drop the YouTube++ iPA onto Cydia Impactor.
Step 5: You'll be asked to enter your Apple ID and password, which is sent to Apple to generate a signing certificate. If you don’t want to provide it, you can create an alternative Apple ID and use that instead.

Step 6: Once you enter your Apple ID, Cydia Impactor will begin installing YouTube++ onto your device. After it's done, you should see the YouTube app icon on your Home screen.

Step 7: Before opening YouTube, go to Settings -> General -> Profiles (or "Device Management").

Step 8: Open the profile with your Apple ID and tap on the Trust button.
